" Easily one of the best Indian places I have tried outside of India! The aroma of spices and the freshness of ingredients sent my taste buds into a frenzy. I had the paneer tikka masala, and it wasn’t too sweet like at some other places, which I appreciated. Their samosas were crispy and flavorful. However, I think they could work a bit on their ambiance, as the food court vibe doesn't do justice to the fantastic food. Definitely recommend giving it a go, especially if you're looking for authentic flavors! " (*Curated Review*)
" While my experience at Amaya Express was good, I did encounter a few hiccups. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even offered me a sample! I ordered the lamb curry but received the goat curry instead. They insisted it was the same. The food was decent, but the portion was less than what I expected for the price point. I hope that they can improve their consistency in what's served and ensure each dish is truly authentic. Overall, I'd give it another shot due to the great flavors I detected! " (*Curated Review*)
" I decided to try Amaya Express for the first time. I was impressed by the extensive menu – so many options! I opted for the paneer butter masala and was happy with my choice; it was rich and decadent, though slightly oily. The service was friendly, but the wait time for food seemed quite long, which surprised me. I would definitely come back to explore more of the menu! Overall, a satisfying meal. " (*Curated Review*)
" Had a rough experience during my last visit. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and my order was mixed up – I received a different dish than what I ordered. The food itself tasted okay, but I was disappointed by the lack of flavor compared to what I remember from previous visits. The decor is typical of a food court, so nothing special there either. Would consider giving it another shot because I believe that my previous experiences were better. Fingers crossed for next time! " (*Curated Review*)
" I can honestly say my visit to Amaya was an average experience. The food was nice, but I felt like it didn’t have that homemade authenticity that I cherish. The staff was friendly, but the atmosphere was just like any other food court, lacking character. I ordered the biryani which was flavorful but portioned quite small for the price. Perhaps I expected too much, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. I am not sure if I would return. " (*Curated Review*)
" Tried Amaya Express with a few friends and we all left satisfied! The food is consistently good here, and we loved trying different dishes. I particularly enjoyed the chicken tandoori – it was perfectly cooked with a nice acidity. The service was attentive and courteous, which made a huge difference. We’ll certainly be back to sample more of their menu. A great spot for Indian food in a convenient location. " (*Curated Review*)
" I stopped by during a busy lunch hour and couldn’t believe how quickly my food came out. I ordered the butter chicken with saffron rice. The balance of flavors was delightful, but the rice was a bit undercooked. The atmosphere was typical of a food court with lots of noise and hustle. The pricing seemed reasonable for what you get. Overall, I enjoyed my meal but left wanting a better rice side! Next time, I hope to experience their biryani. " (*Curated Review*)
